GSIM ISTANBUL / Basaksehir / Basaksehır KYK Dorm Yeni Yurt
Participants may stay at the Basaksehir KYK Student Dormitory, operated by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, provided that they apply by the tournament registration deadline.
Room keys will not be provided.
If the accommodation capacity is fully booked, this will be announced on this page.

Only players registered for the tournament in the A, B, or C categories may stay at the dormitory. For players under the age of 18, accommodation may be requested for a maximum of one parent accompanying the player.
Guests are required to keep their rooms clean and comply with all dormitory rules.

Accommodation Dates
- Check-in: Sunday, August 23, 2026 – 15:00
- Check-out: Monday, August 31, 2026 – 12:00
Accommodation Arrangement
- Block A: Male players
- Block B: Female players
Rooms are planned for 5 people. Room assignments will be made by the Organizing Committee and may be changed when deemed necessary.
For plyers staying with their parents:
- Female players staying with their mothers will be accommodated together with their mothers in Block B.
- Male players staying with their fathers will be accommodated together with their fathers in Block A.
- It is not possible for both the mother and father to stay in the same room.
- Family rooms will be planned for 4 people, subject to availability.
Dormitory Facilities
- The dormitory provides accommodation only.
- Drinking water will be provided in the rooms for daily use.
- There is a market located opposite the dormitory.
Tournament Shuttle Service
Free shuttle service to the tournament venue will be provided in the morning and evening between August 24 and August 30, 2026.
The shuttle departure times will be announced separately by the Organizing Committee.
General Rules
- All players, coaches, parents, and other participants staying at the dormitory are required to comply with the rules established by the dormitory management and the Organizing Committee.
- For security reasons, entry to and exit from the dormitory will not be permitted after 00:00 (midnight).
- Players under the age of 15 are not permitted to use the elevators without their parent or designated responsible accompanying adult.
- Guests staying in the rooms are responsible for taking care of the beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, and other fixtures provided in the rooms. The individuals concerned will be held responsible for any loss or damage.
- Room keys will be issued against a signed acknowledgment upon check-in and must be returned in full during the check-out process.
- Compliance with the room allocation plan determined by the Organizing Committee is mandatory. Room changes may not be made without the approval of the Organizing Committee.
- For security reasons, unregistered persons are not permitted to stay in the rooms or anywhere within the dormitory.
- Common areas must be kept clean, and guests are expected to take care of the general environment.
- Guests must avoid excessive noise that may disturb other participants and must maintain general order in rooms and common areas.
- The use of personal electrical devices such as electric heaters, kettles, cookers, and similar high-power-consuming appliances is prohibited in the rooms.
- Smoking, electronic cigarettes, alcohol, and similar products are prohibited throughout the dormitory.
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their money, phones, computers, and other valuable personal belongings. The dormitory management and the Organizing Committee accept no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.
- In the event of a medical, security, or other emergency, all instructions given by authorized staff must be followed without exception.
- On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated and the keys returned no later than 12:00.
- Throughout the organization, all participants are expected to treat one another with respect and to comply with the dormitory rules and the requirements of shared living.
Information
Accommodation arrangements will be prepared based on the final participation lists submitted to the organization.
Requests for room changes will not be considered except in cases of necessity. Where deemed necessary, the final decision will rest with the Organizing Committee.
